Return of product of adequate quality

You can return goods of proper quality within 14 days of delivery receipt. Please, fill out the Claim for Return of Product of Adequate Quality, make several distinct images of the goods/product and send them to Leokid manager by e-mail: support@leokid.com

The return of product of proper quality is possible, if:

- the product has not been in use

- the marketable condition of the product (labels, tags, original package) and its consumer properties are preserved

- the Claim for Return of Product of Adequate Quality is attached

- images of sales check and track number of the post office are sent to the manager.

The right to return doesn't apply to: textile items (cotton, linen, silk, wool or synthetic fabrics, goods from nonwovens such as ribbons, braid, lace) and knitted goods (underwear and footwear)

Non-returnable products include: breathable baby 3D liner, baby blanket.
Refunding is made after the arrival of goods at the online-shop warehouse, the delivery is paid by the buyer.

Return of products of inadequate quality

If you received product of inadequate quality, please, send us your claim by email support@leokid.com with the description of the defect and several distinct images of the product attached. Our specialist will contact you to discuss further steps. Please, fill out the Claim for Return of Product of Inadequate Quality.

Seller can offer the following:

1. To repair or exchange the product.

2. To reduce the price of the product.

3. To refund the money (the cost of the product).

The refund of the product and delivery costs is made as soon as:

- the product arrived at our warehouse

- "Leokid" company experts confirmed the inadequate quality of the product.

Manufacturer Warranty
"LEOKID" provides warranty against defects in materials or workmanship of "LEOKID" brand products within 30 days since receipt of delivery, unless other terms are specified.

Warranty period of product is reckoned from the date of its receipt by a consumer.

Clips, zip fasteners, elastics, closures, snappers, belts, handles and decorative fixtures of the articles have other warranty periods due to their individual usage.

The warranty does not cover defects, occurred due to misuse:

- mechanical damage,

- improper storage,

- negligent handling and care,

- overloading,

- using goods for purposes other than intended.
